I was born and raised in Minot, ND. Growing up, my mom did daycare in our home. From a young age I had the opportunity to build close relationships with other children while being provided with a nurturing and inclusive environment.  I was active in competitive dance for 16 years, winning numerous titles/awards and even performing on a cruise ship that stopped in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands.

My husband and I moved to Arizona in 2012. We found out we were going to be parents in 2016. Coming from a smaller town, we knew we wanted to raise our children somewhere with a welcoming and supportive community. We agreed that Mankato was the place and have felt at home since.

I have extensive experience in the hospitality industry.   I noticed through my roles as a server, bartender, and most recently as restaurant Operations Manager, that I was always interested in connecting and forming relationships with people.   I’ve always been passionate about understanding the human mind and helping others. I find fulfillment in supporting individuals in their journey towards mental well-being by helping to connect them with the right provider.  My role as the Clinic Coordinator Advanced Psychological Services has allowed me to continue connecting with and helping others.

Away from the office, I am a busy mom with two very active children. When I’m not working or chauffeuring children to and from activities, I love to relax and watch True Crime documentaries. Coffee and concerts are my love languages.  Bonus points if there is also chocolate.
