Yes, we offer telemedicine from the comfort of your own home. Our medication management services are also integrated within a multidisciplinary team.

What kind of insurance do you accept?

We accept (in-network) with Blue Cross Blue Shields (BCBS), South Country Health Alliance, Optum, Cigna Healthcare, Health Partners, Aetna, Ucare, Humana, PrimeWest Health, MN Department of Human Services, Medica, TriWest Healthcare Alliance, United Healthcare, URM, All Savers Insurance, United Healthcare Student Resources, United Healthcare Choice Plus plans, Surest, First Health and Veterans Affairs Community Care Network.  Please contact us to verify insurance coverage if you do not see your insurance listed.

Do you do EMDR and DBT?

Yes! Treating trauma is an area we specialize in and take great pride in. We have providers trained in a variety of evidence-based interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

How do I get an appointment for outpatient mental health services?

Please call 877.909.5511 to schedule an appointment. If your call is not answered, please leave a detailed voicemail with a few available times, and we will return your call within 24 hours. You can also check availability and schedule your first appointment online. For additional availability, please call us.

How much will I have to pay out of pocket?

Out of pocket payment depends on your benefits and insurance.  It is difficult to provide an exact dollar amount, however we can discuss the requested services and then you can contact your insurance provider.  We also offer a sliding scale.

Is trauma/PTSD treatable?

Yes!  Just as other diseases have specific symptoms and treatments, trauma can be accurately diagnosed and effectively treated.

Are telehealth/video services available?

Yes! We offer telemedicine services from the convenience of your own home. Schedule online through our website with Mike Serrano or call our office.

Are In-home services provided here?

We do not not offer in-home services.

How long does a therapy session last?

Therapy sessions typically last 55 minutes.
