Echo Food Shelf
The Emergency Community Help Organization (ECHO) provides emergency food assistance to people in Blue Earth County and North Mankato.
The Salvation Army
The Salvation Army provides individuals with a variety of resources and support options, such as but not limited to food, housing, poverty, addiction, and disaster aid.
The South Central Crisis Center (SCCC)
The South Central Crisis Center (SCCC) provides a safe and caring place to stay for individuals that are experiencing a mental health or emotional crisis.
Hope Dental Clinic
Hope Dental Clinic is a non-profit 501(c)3. It serves the public through free dental care and education. If you lack dental insurance, have been turned away at other clinics, and lack the finances to pay for needed dental services, this clinic is here to meet your oral health needs.
Beyond Brink
Beyond Brink provides safe, supportive sober housing for men and women. They also provide a variety of community recovery-related resources, such as peer recovery specialists.

Minnesota Valley Action Council, Inc. (MVAC)
Minnesota Valley Action Council, Inc. (MVAC) is a non-profit community action agency, providing resources and opportunities that empower people in low-wage work. Since 1965, MVAC has served Blue Earth, Brown, Faribault, Le Sueur, Martin, Nicollet, Sibley, Waseca and Watonwan counties.
Mankato Family YMCA
The Mankato Family YMCA makes every effort to provide membership services to all who wish to participate. The YMCA’s financial assistance program, supported in part through contributions to the Strong Kids Campaign and the United Way, provides memberships for those in need within our available resources.
Options for Women
Options for Women exists to help the men and women of Mankato, Minnesota and surrounding areas with the support, assistance and guidance they need when facing an unplanned pregnancy. Their goal is to always make sure that everyone knows their options and knows they don’t have to walk through life alone. All services are free of charge.
Heartbeat Heroes, LLC
Southern Minnesota and north Iowa’s premier on-site CPR and First Aid training provider. Heartbeat Heroes brings equipment and hands-on instruction directly to your organization.
