I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, heard, and accepted. Reaching out for therapy can be a difficult first step, and I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and develop the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.
My approach to therapy is person-centered and collaborative because I believe you are the expert on your own life. Together, we’ll identify your goals, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting change. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or everyday stress, I will meet you where you are and tailor our work to your unique needs. I feel fortunate to be part of a team that is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and supporting clients throughout their healing journey.
Outside of the therapy office, you’ll often find me exploring Minnesota’s state parks, reading a good book, exercising, or spending time outdoors. I believe self-care looks different for everyone, and I enjoy helping clients discover what wellness means for them. It is a privilege to walk alongside people as they work toward healing, growth, and living a more fulfilling life, and I look forward to being part of your journey.
